At Gem’s Mist, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Our Shipping Policy provides information on the shipping methods, fees, and delivery times for all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to ensure flexibility and convenience for our customers. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method, and the applicable fees will be displayed. Shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. This option is available for customers in the United States and select international locations.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping that takes 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery for U.S. customers. This option is available at an additional charge.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country of residence.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We calculate shipping costs based on these factors, and the applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Customers may also see discounts or free shipping offers based on order value, location, or promotions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch Times
- Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 2 PM CST are typically processed the same day, while orders placed after that will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Dispatch: Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This is when your order officially leaves our warehouse and begins its journey to you.
4. Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping: For U.S. orders, delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and next-day shipping arrives the following day.
- International Shipping: International deliveries may take anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system after your order has been dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at suport@gemsmist.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and offer either a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or some restricted international regions. If your address falls within one of these categories, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm whether shipping is possible.
8. Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after submitting your order, please contact us immediately to update your shipping information.
